1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Casino Aggregator platform, API, or any related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Services.
These terms apply to all operators, partners, and any other parties who access the platform.
2. Service Description
Casino Aggregator provides a game aggregation platform that connects online casino operators with game content from third-party studios through a unified API. The Services include:
- API access for game integration
- Back-office management tools
- Automatic content updates from connected game studios
- Aggregator-level promotional tools including free spins and global jackpots
3. Account Registration and Obligations
To use the Services, you must enter into a Business Agreement with Casino Aggregator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API credentials and back-office login details. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You represent that you hold all necessary licenses and regulatory approvals to operate an online gaming platform in your jurisdiction(s) of operation.
4. Commercial Terms
The platform operates on a Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) share model. The specific revenue share percentage and any applicable setup fees are defined in your individual Business Agreement. Payment terms, invoicing schedules, and reporting obligations are outlined in the same agreement.
5. API Usage and Technical Requirements
You agree to use the API in accordance with the provided documentation. You shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the API
- Use the API to develop a competing game aggregation service
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or engage in practices that degrade the platform performance
- Modify or tamper with game outcomes, random number generation, or payout calculations
6. Game Content and Intellectual Property
All game content delivered through the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display and offer the games to your end-users, subject to the terms of this agreement.
The Casino Aggregator name, logo, API documentation, and platform tools are proprietary and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written consent.
7. Regulatory Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in the jurisdictions where you operate. Casino Aggregator does not guarantee that the game content is suitable or approved for use in every jurisdiction.
8. Limitation of Liability
Casino Aggregator provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Services. In no event shall Casino Aggregator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice as specified in the Business Agreement. Upon termination, your access to the API and back-office will be revoked. Any outstanding GGR share obligations remain payable.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via your registered contact channel. Continued use of the Services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
